Hello Wrestlingjunkies,
today my guest comes from the USA
Please welcome (Vinny The Guido)
Hello Vinny, thank you for this interview.
(1.) Can you please tell the fans who you are?
Vinny The Guido's response:
Hello, my name is (Vinny The Guido), and I am an independent pro wrestling manager out of Long Island, NY and I am also the owner of (Top Of The Line Talent Bookings).
(Top Of The Line Talent Bookings) can be found at...... http://www.Facebook.com/TopOfTheLineTalentBookings , & TopOfTheLineTalentBookings@Live.com .
I can be found at...... http://www.Facebook.com/OfficialVinnyTheGuido , http://www.MySpace.com/OfficialVinnyTheGuido , & http://www.Twitter.com/VinnyTheGuido .

(2.) Vinny ,how do you come to the decision to be a Pro wrestler and Manager?
Vinny The Guido's response:
I have always been a fan of pro wrestling since I was 5 years old, and I have now been in the pro wrestling business for 7 years now. I have been trained by wrestling schools and I have attended some of the worlds best seminars from the great legends of this amazing business.
(3.) What was it like to be in the ring as a wrestler or manager, for the first time? Was it exciting or was
it hard for you to wrestle in front of a live crowd?
Vinny The Guido's response:
Well to be quite honest, my parents made me go to acting school & musical theater classes when I was really young and throughout my teenage years as well. Because of that, I have no fear when it comes to performing in front of a crowd. So I never got stage fright the first time I stepped into the ring for the first time in front of a crowd. My first time was very exciting and for my debut I managed "The Blueprint" Matt Morgan at (Victory Pro Wrestling - VPW).
(4.) When you get inside the Ring what is your Favorite Role,Heel or Face? And why?
Vinny The Guido's response:
Believe it or not, it does not matter to me because I was trained on how to do both accurately. I was trained psychology for both as well. Being heel is more fun of course and that is what the majority of promoters make me do anyway......lol. They say if something is not broken, don't fix it......lol. I do like doing face roles too though, so I hope promoters can keep that in mind.
(5.) You worked together with former WWE Stars like Gangrel, Raven, or the Hall of Famer Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka.
What will you say is the biggest Star you had worked with?
Vinny The Guido's response:
That is a really hard question to ask really, I have worked with many great amazing people and legends in this business. Each person is very unique. You learn something new everyday and I cherish each moment I have when I work with legends especially. When I get the chance, I always try to pick their brain to help further my career and I take any advice that I get.
(6.) You also work for (Top Of The Line Talents Bookings), right?
Vinny The Guido's response:
Actually I do not work for them, I am the owner of (Top Of The Line Talent Bookings) and I handle all of the talent's bookings. I have a webmaster that also helps out with the e-mails from time to time, but for the most part, I run the facebook page and e-mails at the e-mail address.
(7.) When you look in the future is there anything you want to do in wrestling, or a match you are dreaming for, or a Star you will
love to manage?
Vinny The Guido's response:
I just want to work, it does not matter whether I work with an independent worker or a major name. My job is to just help get a worker over and make them get more of a crowd response. I am a huge supporter of indy wrestling and I believe that the indy stars are the future of tomorrow. You never know who you will see in ROH, TNA, or WWE. I believe that you will get more bang for your buck when you go to an independent pro wrestling show because the workers are more hungrier to make it to the big time so they will perform much better in my opinion.
(8.) You call yourself (Vinny The Guido), is there a story behind the name?
Vinny The Guido's response:
LMAO.....yes actually, the name was given to me when I was a young teenager when I was a pool hustler at a pool hall on Long Island, NY. I will never forget that (Joey Apples) gave me the name because I was not dressed like most teenagers did at the age of 14 years old. When I was younger, I used to hang out with adults and I grew up very young. I started making money at such a young age. I was a pool hustler and I worked in night clubs under age. You see, the way the Italian heritage is, you can not give yourself a nick name, it has to be given to you. So believe it or not, the (Vinny The Guido) nick name was given to me by (Joey Apples). The name was catchy and it followed me everywhere. So I figured why not use that same nickname in pro wrestling as well. So there you have it......lol.
(9.) When you look at your time in wrestling, can you share some highlights with us?
Vinny The Guido's response:
All you have to do, is go to my Facebook and MySpace pages and check out my videos and photo albums. Also look up (Vinny The Guido) on YouTube as well. There are plenty of highlights on those pages. There are so many, it is very hard to say. I am sure you will laugh your a** off though.......lol.
(10.) When you go on a road trip to a show sometimes it comes to good funny road stories, do you also have one?
Vinny The Guido's response:
4 years ago when I car pooled with (Luna Vachon), we were traveling to an indy show together in my Jeep I used to have. We were sitting in heavy traffic between the Throgs Neck Bridge and the George washington Bridge, and this Mack truck Driver was on the passenger side looking down at Luna's breast. So Luna flipped out and got out of the car to go after the truck driver. The truck driver quickly rolled up his window and locked his door. I then put the car in park and I decided to go after Luna to try and stop her so Luna did not get arrested for assault, not to mention I did not want to be late going to the event we were supposed to be at......lol. Luna eventually got back in the Jeep after I calmed her down. To this day I still laugh about it. Luna was an amazing Christian woman who would give you the clothes off of her back if it meant saving your life. Luna was very good to her close friends and she was like family to me. God rest her soul !!!
I love you Luna, you were such a great friend.

(11.) Where do you work for now?
Vinny The Guido's response:
I work for many pro wrestling organizations, but the main fed I work for is (East Coast Pro Wrestling - ECPW) which can be found at...... http://www.ECPW1.com .
(12.) Now let us go into the past, who was your Childhood Wrestling hero?
Vinny The Guido's response:
Ric Flair, Hulk Hogan, The Ultimate Warrior (unfortunately), The Honky Tonk Man, Greg "The Hammer" Valentine, Mr. Perfect, Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka, "Outlaw" Ron Bass., Harley Race, Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake, Bret Hart, Owen Hart, The British Bulldog, Shawn Michaels & Marty Jannetty.....the list goes on and on. I can literally be here forever on this question.....lol.
(13.) Many people comes over to the WWE to be a fan. Do you watch WWE or TNA Show on TV?
Vinny The Guido's response:
Not that I want to or anything, but I have to so I can keep up on what is going on in the business so I can train students and to learn if there is anything new to learn. I also watch it so I can see who is leaving their company so I can see who else I would like to book for my (Top Of The Line Talent Bookings).
(14.) Do you remember the first wrestling match that you seen?
Vinny The Guido's response:
No sorry my friends, I was only 5 years old at the time, and now I am 32 years old.......lol.
(15.) What do the guys behind (Vinny The Guido) say when you are not standing in the ring?
Vinny The Guido's response:
They want to see me on T.V. and that I am the best independent wrestling manager they have ever seen. I tell them that I have no desire to work the major companies though, not to mention that network television wrestling does not study the old school way of managing anymore and they do not use managers anymore like they used to. I am basically a new school manager that is bringing back the old school style of managing.
(16.) The last question is, is there something you would like to say to your fans ?
Vinny The Guido's response:
Thank you all for your support, and continue to support all of your local independent pro wrestling shows and events. If you would like to see me or any of my talent on (Top Of The Line Talent Bookings), tell your local independent pro wrestling promotion and give them my contact information at the beginning of this interview. Also, please donate to charity and help those who are in need. You will feel better about yourself as well. Thank you all again and may God bless everyone.
(17.) Thank you for being my guest and I hope we see you sometime in a German ring.
Vinny The Guido's response:
You are very welcome, and thank you for this great interview. It was my pleasure for doing this interview for all of you.......ciao for now.
Oh, one last thing for the record.......I am not 100% Italian, I am half Italian & half German as well.
