4 Corners in Wrestling with King Kong Karhula

Postby Bernd Lorenz aka Tazzmaschine » 17.04.2013, 19:12

-How much of your match you do like to plan in advance?
Wrestling is like music to me, sometimes you go with the flow and do everything on the fly with the basenotes being dictated beforehand. And sometimes wrestling is like a symphony, you plan ahead and conduct the most intricate and massive epoch you can imagine. I'm more of an symphony guy myself.

-What attributes make a young wrestler easy to work with?
Willingness to listen and learn. Nothing is more frustrating than trying to talk to a brick wall, also it's superbly important to have an ability to not freeze in the ring and the want to give your absolute best.

-Over the last 25 years Professional Wrestling has changed dramatically in terms of how it's presented, in your opinion do you think it's better today, or has the change hurt the product overall?
The world has changed so much around wrestling, that giving people the same product everyone loved 25 years ago is financially dumb. After all, this is a business, and any and all opportunities you get to make the people come and pay should be used to their full potential, including changing the way people see and enjoy our sport.

-Who was the number one pro wrestler(male or female) who inspired you to get into the business, if you had one that is?
My first true idols were Shawn Michaels and Kurt Angle. In my home country of Finland we didn't get wrestling on national TV until 2001, so the old-school hasn't had that much of an impact on me until my professional entry to wrestling.
